Do you come to my part of South Tampa?

Yes, all the time! We come to all of South Tampa, including Hyde Park, SoHo, Palma Ceia, Davis Islands, Bayshore Beautiful, Beach Park, Westshore, Ballast Point, Sunset Park, Parkland Estates, Virginia Park, Harbour Island and Port Tampa. Most South Tampa homes are just 15–20 minutes from us.

Is there a travel fee?

Yes. You pick your zone when you book, and we confirm your exact fee from your party address before your final payment.

Will the bus fit on my street?

Almost always. We know South Tampa's tighter streets and big oak trees. Gem needs about 3 car lengths (35 ft) and 10 ft wide, on a flat surface, either on the street in front of your home or on a flat driveway. When you book, we'll check for low branches or tight turns and help you pick the best spot. It helps to ask neighbors to keep the curb clear on party day.

Can you come to MacDill Air Force Base?

Yes! We've hosted parties on base. Base access rules apply, so we'll work with you ahead of time on the pass and gate details for our team and the bus.

Is it clean and safe?

Tools and stations are sanitized between every party and we use kid-safe products. Note allergies on the waiver.
