Where are Purple Box Mobile parties held?
Purple Box Mobile Kids Spa parties are held at your home or venue of your choice. We will bring the spa to you! Please be sure to secure parking/hotel clearance for the bus on your event date (if necessary). We do not travel outside of a 60-mile radius.
How do I book a mobile spa party?
To reserve a party date and time, complete the online registration form. You will receive a email to confirm details, after an invoice will be sent with the deposit amount. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date & time. We do not reserve the date & time until the Registration Form and 50% deposit have been received. We do not verbally make any bookings. All rush parties must be paid in full at the time of booking.
What space is needed for the bus?
Our bus is 35 ft long (3 car lengths) and 12 ft wide. When booking a party please ensure a minimum of 3 car lengths space in front the location. We can not park in an apartment complex, underground parking, driveways, or on the streets that have a hill.
What do I need to do to get ready for my mobile spa party?
All you need to do is designate a space for the spa bus to park and we take care of the rest. Our friendly party hosts will have everything needed for your spa experience including robes, polishes, party props, music & lots of fun! Please let us know when booking your party if you have any special instructions.
What happens if I need to cancel my party?
The deposit to reserve your date and balance paid is non-refundable . Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced as we are an event based business. If you need to reschedule your party, please let us know as soon as possible to ensure you find a suitable date and time. We will provide an alternative date to any events that need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We do not offer refunds due to cancellation.
What happens if my party is cancelled due to inclement weather or mechanical issues?
In the unfortunate case that we are unable to make it to your party location due to extreme weather conditions or mechanical issues, we will make alternate arrangements that are acceptable for all parties involved.
What should the girls do to prepare for their party?
Guests should come with nail polish removed from hands and feet for maximum party time.
Is there space for the parents to stay in the Party Bus?
We allow one parent (hosting parent) to drop in on the fun during party time. The bus can get crowded with too many people making it difficult to maximize party time.
Do you offer party bus transportation service?
We do not offer party bus transportation services and we do not transport guests during the party.
What kind of music will be played?
The PBM Bus features karaoke, TVs and a premium sound system to entertain our guests during their spa services. Guests can let us know what they would like us to play on YouTube. All videos and music will be clean or lyric versions and age appropriate.
What if I need to add additional guests?
To ensure we maximize the experience, all additional guests have to be added 7 days before the event. Any changes made within 6 days of the event will be charged a $100 administration fee.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
Our pricing on the package includes use of the bus and dedicated staff for the events for up to 8 guests. There is no minimum number of kids required for any of our packages but does include a maximum. The pricing is not reduced if the number listed to include is not met for our packages.
Can we tip the staff?
Tips are not included in the price of your package, but they are greatly appreciated! We recommend a 20% tip, which is calculated based on the total of your party. The tip is split between the party hosts and driver for your event. It can be paid at the end of the party in cash, CashApp or Zelle.
What if my party is booked at a hotel or venue?
If your party is booked at a hotel or venue (restaurant, community club house, movie theater, etc.) you will need to notify the manager/supervisor to get approval and assigned parking for the bus prior to your booking. Please advise that info in your booking reservation and provide the address of the location the party will be held.

We are fully equipped with heating and air conditioning on the bus. On the day of your party, we arrive at your location approximately 20 minutes before in order to set up. Our staff prepares the spa bus and once we're ready, we welcome the birthday child and their guests on the PBM Bus to enjoy a fun, unique experience. The length of the party varies based on the package chosen and the number of guests in attendance. Once the party is over, the kids head back to the house while our staff packs loot bags and prepares pictures from the photo booth. After the goodie bags and photos are delivered to the house, we say our goodbyes, pack up, and leave! It's that easy!
