Do you come to my part of FishHawk or Valrico?

Yes! We come to FishHawk and Valrico, including FishHawk Ranch, Starling at FishHawk, Lithia, Bloomingdale and the Valrico area.

Is there a travel fee?

Yes. You pick your zone when you book, and we confirm your exact fee from your party address before your final payment.

Where do you park in FishHawk and Valrico?

Most parties park right out front, on a flat driveway or on the street in front of the house. Gem needs about 3 car lengths (35 ft) and 10 ft wide, on a flat surface. If your HOA has parking rules, check them before party day. Community clubhouse lots work too, with the venue's OK.

Can you get into gated communities?

Yes! Just add our team to your gate's guest list for your party date and time, or let the gate know we're coming. We'll confirm the details with you before party day.

Up to 12 spa guests plus 1 parent on the bus. Bigger group? See our Group Events.

Absolutely! Boys, brothers and mixed groups are welcome.

Is it clean and safe?

Tools and stations are sanitized between every party and we use kid-safe products. Note allergies on the waiver.
