Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date & time.  Balance & Final Guest Count are due 72 hours prior to the event. Guest Count Policy: Each package includes a set number of guests. Additional guests pricing varies by package & must be added at booking or no later than 72 hours before the party. All changes after 72 hours are subject to availability & will be charged the package additional guests rate plus $15 per guest, payable before services begin. Please note that dates & times book quickly and cannot be held or confirmed verbally - only once online booking & deposit are received. Cancellation: We will provide an alternate date to any events that need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We do not offer refunds on deposits due to cancellation. Please note that we do not issue refunds for absent guests or any decrease in the number of confirmed guests within 5 days of the party. License: Purple Box Mobile Kids Spa will administer spa-like treatments to your child that may include mini manicures, mini pedicures & edible facials. We do not cut fingernails. All treatments are for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed professionals. Purple Box Mobile USA LLC., its owners, affiliates & employees, are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries and all other liabilities associated with your child’s & guests’ participation in a spa party. Parents or guardians should advise Purple Box Mobile Kids Spa of any medical conditions or allergies on the Registration Form or prior to the spa party. Photos & Videos Consent: Unless otherwise stated, parents and guardians give permission to Purple Box Mobile Kids Spa to take, use, and share photographs, video recordings, and digital images of children & adults attending the spa parties. These may be used for social media, websites, printed materials, advertising, promotional campaigns, commercial use and collaborations with influencers or third parties. This is also listed in the waiver. You agree & authorize the use of these images and videos without compensation and content may be captured by Purple Box Mobile USA LLC. Liability Waiver: All participants in the spa party must complete the online Liability Waiver prior to the party. Every child must have a liability wavier filled out before each party by a parent or legal guardian 18 or over. We look forward to being a part of your child’s special day.
