Cancellation Policy
Changes & Add-Ons Policy To ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for all parties, all booking details must be finalized no later than 72 hours before your event. This includes: Guest count Glam services Food options Additional time Changes requested within 72 hours are subject to availability, charged at a late-addition premium, and must be paid in full prior to service. We are unable to guarantee any additions requested after this window. Day-Of Changes Day-of additions are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated if staffing, time, and inventory allow. All day-of additions require immediate payment before service begins.
