A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date & time. Balance & Final Guest Count are due 72 hours prior to the event.

We accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card (MC/Visa/Visa Debit.

All waivers must be completed for each guest that will be attending or coming on-board the bus. Without a completed waiver guests will not be allowed to participate or cause delays in start times.

Policies Cancellation & Refunds: We will provide an alternative date to any events that need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We do not offer refunds due to cancellation. We do not offer refunds on the balance for less confirmed guests attending on the day of.

Travel Fees apply as listed below. All rates do not include travel fees and taxes if applicable. These fees will be applied to your total.

Guest Count Policy: Each package includes a set number of guests. All packages include the guest of honor as part of the included guest. Additional fees per package apply for every guest after the 8th guest.Additional guests pricing varies by package & must be added at booking or no later than 72 hours before the party. All changes after 72 hours are subject to availability (considered day of) & will be charged the package additional guests rate plus $15 per guest, payable before services begin. 

Appropriate parking is required on a flat surface. Our vehicle is 35 feet long (3 car lengths) and requires approximately 10 feet in width. Purple Box Mobile will not be responsible for any infractions or parking expenses. If your venue does not have appropriate parking please recommend a safe location nearby location or we will find a convenient spot nearby.

Max Capacity: We can comfortably accommodate only 1 hosting parent & a maximum of 12 Spa Guests, along with our Party Hosts.

Over max capacity:  More than 12 guests, no problem the Mega Star Package is for you!

We arrive 15 mins prior to the event for setup. Arrival Time can vary due to traffic or weather conditions. 

We recommend guests arrive 20 mins prior to party start time. Party start time is not subject to the arrival of all attendees. Late attendees can participate but may not get all services initially offered in the allotted time. 

All treatments are for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed professionals. 

Transportation is not included with the Purple Box Mobile Bus. We do not transport any guests. Parties are done while bus is stationary.

Purple Box Mobile reserves the right to postpone an event due to inclement or dangerous weather or circumstances that are beyond our control.
